We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide. Orders ship from the closest facility to your country.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with themIf the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or your neighbours.

We want you to love what you've ordered, but we get that sometimes it's not a perfect match. If your item doesn't fit quite right, feel free to return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. All returned items are donated to charity, aligning with our commitment to sustainability and ensuring that nothing goes to waste.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at contact@yfnp.shop with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Cool & Gentle: Machine wash cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle. Best with like colors.
Bleach? Only If it's a Must: Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
Skip the Softener: It's better without it.
Drying Decisions: Tumble dry low or hang for the longest life.
Ironing Inside-Out: If you must iron, keep it cool and avoid the decoration.
Don't Dry Clean: It's not recommended.

Our tees are crafted from 100% cozy ring-spun cotton, weighing in at a comfy 4.5 oz/yd² (153 g/m². They're Regular fit and are true to size. The inks used for the designs are water-based vegan and cruelty-free inks.

When unpacking one of our tees, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual - it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it’s not permanent. The residue and the smell is not permanent, and both should go away after one wash.
